Is my washer worth repairing or should I replace it?
That depends on the failure. A pump, valve, belt, or door lock is routine work on a machine with years left in it. A failed outer tub bearing on an older unit is a much bigger job. Our technician will tell you which one you're looking at.
What should I do about the water still in the drum?
Leave it if you can. Moving a full tub sloshes water down into the cabinet. If you need it out, set the end of the drain hose low into a bucket and let gravity do it, then towel up whatever spills.
Do you work on front load and top load washers?
Both. Front loaders come in with gasket leaks, bearing noise, and door lock faults. Top loaders bring lid switches, motor couplers, and drain pump clogs. Our technicians carry common parts for both styles and diagnose either one on site.
Why does my washer smell even after I clean it?
The smell usually lives somewhere you can't reach, like the drain pump filter, the fold in the boot gasket, or the detergent dispenser channel. Biofilm builds up in there and surface cleaning doesn't touch it. A technician can pull those pieces and clear them.
Can a stacked washer and dryer be serviced in place?
