We're an independent shop. No manufacturer signs our checks, and that matters more than it sounds like it should. When a repair isn't worth doing, we tell you so instead of steering you toward a part number somebody else wants moved. We diagnose first, put the price in writing, and let you decide. Humid-South weather is hard on appliances. Condenser coils clog faster here, dryers fight damp air all summer, and control boards live in air that never really dries out. How do you quote a job?
Every job gets a written quote before any work starts: the visit, the parts and the labour. You approve it, or you do not, and the invoice matches the quote.
What hours do you work?
Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT. Outside those hours the quote form is the fastest way to reach us, and we call back the next working day.

We diagnose in person
A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room and tests the machine instead of guessing. Controls, heating parts, motors, seals, drains. You hear what failed and what the repair involves before work starts.

You approve the repair
Nothing gets replaced until you say go. Common parts are handled on site when we have them. If a part must be ordered, we tell you that up front and schedule the return.
